What would you do?
- Monitor all the process involved in summarizing personal injury/ medical malpractice, mass tort/ product liability cases
- Quality check and finalize medical summaries for medical malpractice, personal injury and mass tort cases
- Introduce best practice processes around work assignments
- Maximize overall team performance. Identify and operations issues around pending transactions
- Validate the case analysis and peer review/quality check of products
- Direct accurate and timely processing of claims to meet or exceed client service level agreements
- Manages the team to complete assignments using established guidelines, policies and procedures.

- Deliver cases on time with quality expectations and participate in peer reviews
